If you’re running a renovation, restoration, or specialty construction project and want someone in your corner who isn’t the contractor doing the work — that’s this service.

I act as your owner’s representative: observing progress, reviewing change orders, tracking documentation, and keeping you informed, so you aren’t navigating the project blind or relying solely on updates from the person you’re paying to build it.

What this is not

This is advisory and observational — not architectural, engineering, or general contracting work. I don’t certify code compliance, guarantee workmanship, or supervise labor. Technical questions outside this scope get elevated to your architect, engineer, or contractor as appropriate.

Catastrophe response availability

I’m also a licensed Public Adjuster, and following a major storm or disaster I may be deployed to represent policyholders in an affected area. During a declared catastrophe event, on-site visits may be substituted with remote review — contractor-supplied photos, video walkthroughs, and documentation review — for a period we agree to in writing before your project begins. You’ll know this up front, not after.

Fees

Hourly, monthly retainer, or project-based depending on scope — agreed in writing before any work begins.
