Managing a construction project?

Your contractor is being paid to tell you the work is going fine. I’m your independent set of eyes — site observation, change-order review, and written documentation, so you’re not relying solely on updates from the person you’re paying to build it. New York · New Jersey — Hourly, retainer, or project-based.

I don’t perform repair, restoration, or construction work. That separation is the point. I’m never the contractor on a project I’m overseeing, and never the builder on a claim I’m representing. When you need that work done, I’ll point you to independent professionals — I just won’t be one of them.
