Who AM I
One practice, several specialties — never mixed on the same job.
GA Property Services is the practice of Gabriel Antoine, a licensed Public Adjuster in New York and New Jersey and an IICRC-certified Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration technician. Over years of working in property claims and property restoration, I've built expertise across several related but distinct services: insurance claim representation, independent appraisal and advisory work, construction and renovation, and construction oversight for owners managing their own projects.
My commitment to you:
I do not provide public adjusting services and construction or renovation services to the same client, or on the same property. If I'm representing you on an insurance claim, I will not also serve as your contractor, appraiser, or owner's representative on that property — and if I'm doing renovation, restoration, or oversight work for you, I am not simultaneously acting as your public adjuster. Each client relationship stays within one service, so there's never a question of which interest I'm serving.
What I do:
Public Adjusting — Licensed claim representation in NY and NJ. I represent policyholders, never insurance companies, from documentation through negotiation and settlement. Paid on contingency: no recovery, no fee.
Claims Consulting & Appraisal — Independent advisory services for clients who want a second opinion, a documented damage appraisal, or expert support for their attorney — without full claim representation. Billed flat, hourly, or per diem.
Construction, Renovation & Restoration — Hands-on renovation, reconstruction, and water/fire damage restoration and mitigation, for clients not currently working with me on a claim. Billed by fixed-price, cost-plus, or time-and-materials contract, depending on the work.
Construction Oversight & Owner Representation — For clients hiring their own contractor and wanting an independent set of eyes on the project — site observation, documentation, change-order review, and progress reporting. This service has no connection to insurance claims; it's offered on the basis of construction and property-management expertise. Billed hourly, retainer, or project-based.

Construction Oversight & Owner Representation — service page
Headline: An independent set of eyes on your construction project.
Intro:
If you're managing a renovation, restoration, or specialty construction project and want someone in your corner who isn't the contractor doing the work, that's what this service is for. I act as your owner's representative — observing progress, reviewing change orders, tracking documentation, and keeping you informed — so you're not navigating the project blind or relying solely on updates from the person being paid to build it.
What's included:
Site walkthroughs and progress observation
Weekly written reports with photo documentation
Change-order review and cost tracking
Meeting attendance and coordination support
Project documentation and organized digital records
What this service is not:
This is advisory and observational — not architectural, engineering, or general contracting work. I don't certify code compliance, guarantee workmanship, or supervise labor. Technical questions outside this scope get elevated to your architect, engineer, or contractor, as appropriate.
Independence: This service is unrelated to insurance claims. I do not provide construction oversight to clients I'm also representing on a claim, and I do not perform this role on projects where I'm also the contractor.
Fees: Structured as hourly, monthly retainer, or project-based depending on scope — agreed with you in writing before any work begins.
