Claim Consultation

Sometimes you don’t need representation. You need answers.

Not every situation calls for a public adjuster to take over the claim. Sometimes you have a specific question, a decision to make, or a process you don’t want to walk into blind.

Claim consultation is straightforward access to my time and experience. We talk through your situation, I explain what your policy actually says, and you leave knowing what your options are.

What people come to me for

•          Should I file this claim at all, or will it cost me more than it recovers?

•          What does my policy actually cover here?

•          The carrier sent this estimate — what am I looking at?

•          What is the adjuster going to ask me, and what should I have ready?

•          I got a denial letter. What does it mean and what are my options?

•          What happens next in this process?

•          Is this worth pursuing further?

What’s included

•          Review of your policy declarations and relevant provisions

•          Discussion of your specific situation

•          Plain explanation of the process, your options, and realistic expectations

•          Guidance on documentation and what to preserve

•          A recommendation on how to proceed

What this is not

Claim consultation is advice, not representation. I do not contact your insurance company, file anything on your behalf, or negotiate for you under this service. If you decide you want full representation afterward, that’s a separate conversation and a separate written agreement.

Fees

Hourly, agreed in writing before we begin. Not contingent on your claim’s outcome — you’re paying for time and expertise, not a result.
