I offer several distinct services for property owners, and I keep them strictly separate: I never provide construction, renovation, or oversight work to a client I'm also representing on an insurance claim.

Ready to repair or rebuild? Renovation, restoration, and reconstruction, under its own contract.

Managing your own contractor? Independent construction oversight and owner representation — unrelated to insurance claims, billed hourly, retainer, or project-based.
