I'm Gabriel Antoine, a licensed Public Adjuster in New York and New Jersey and an IICRC-certified Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration technician. Below are the services I offer property owners — from insurance claim representation to hands-on renovation and independent construction oversight. I keep these services strictly separate: I never provide public adjusting and construction, renovation, or oversight services to the same client, or on the same property.
GA Public Adjuster
Insurance Claim Management
When property damage occurs, navigating the insurance claims process can quickly become overwhelming. I'm Gabriel Antoine, and for licensed insurance claim work I operate under the registered trade name GA Public Adjuster — a licensed Public Adjuster in New York and New Jersey. I work exclusively on behalf of policyholders, never insurance companies, to help ensure your claim is properly documented, professionally managed, and fairly resolved.
As GA Public Adjuster, I advocate for property owners throughout every stage of the claims process, helping clients recover from fire, water, storm, structural, and other property-related losses through organization, documentation, and strategic claim management.
I do not provide construction, renovation, or restoration services to clients I represent on a claim, or on the same property. If I'm your Public Adjuster, I stay in that role for the life of your claim.
What I Do
I manage the insurance claim process from initial damage assessment through final settlement negotiations — evaluating damages, documenting losses, interpreting policy coverage, and pursuing the full and fair recovery available under your policy.
Whether your property has suffered damage from fire, water intrusion, storms, collapse, or other unexpected events, I work to ensure your claim is thoroughly prepared, accurately presented, and professionally negotiated.

I manage the insurance claim process on your behalf, including documentation, policy review, claim presentation, communication with the insurance carrier, and settlement negotiations, with a focus on accurate claim preparation, proper scope development, full damage evaluation, and fair policy application.
2. Damage Assessment & Documentation
I conduct detailed property inspections and documentation to help establish the full extent of covered damages, including property damage assessments, photographic documentation, scope development, loss documentation, estimate review, and contents documentation.
When a claim requires additional expertise, I coordinate with independent third-party contractors, engineers, restoration specialists, and hygienists to help properly support complex claims. These are separate, independent professionals — not affiliated businesses of mine — engaged solely to strengthen the documentation and technical basis of your claim.
3. Negotiation & Settlement
I review your insurance policy carefully to identify applicable coverages, limitations, and benefits, including responding to underpaid claims, challenging improper denials, reviewing carrier estimates, preparing supplemental claims, and negotiating for a fair, properly supported settlement.
4. Claims I Handle

Construction Oversight & Owner Representation
If you're managing a renovation, restoration, or specialty construction project and want someone in your corner who isn't the contractor doing the work, that's what this service is for. I act as your owner's representative — observing progress, reviewing change orders, tracking documentation, and keeping you informed — so you're not navigating the project blind or relying solely on updates from the person being paid to build it.
This service is unrelated to insurance claims. I don't provide construction oversight to clients I'm also representing on a claim, and I don't perform this role on projects where I'm also the contractor.

What this service is not — This is advisory and observational — not architectural, engineering, or general contracting work.
