Public Adjuster Representation

The insurance company has an adjuster. So should you.

When property damage happens, the insurance company assigns an adjuster to your claim. That adjuster works for them.

I represent policyholders — never insurance companies — from the first inspection through final settlement. I manage the claim end to end: evaluating damage, documenting losses, interpreting coverage, developing scope, and negotiating the recovery your policy provides for.

What's Included

  • Detailed property inspection and photographic documentation

  • Policy and coverage review

  • Scope development and line-item estimating

  • Claim presentation and carrier communication

  • Response to underpaid or improperly denied claims

  • Supplemental claims and recoverable depreciation

  • Additional Living Expense (ALE) / Loss of Use documentation and recovery

  • Settlement negotiation

Have flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program? I can represent you on NFIP claims too — including working directly with FEMA on your behalf once you authorize me to.
